Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed online and understands the importance of performance and uptime when running a business critical website. You have demonstrated prior success in a sales related role and want to level up your career, Convesio has the perfect opportunity. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound leads via chat, trials, and other channels. You will nurture leads from inquiry to close and ensure they have a seamless handoff to our implementation team. You must be highly organized, love working with people, and a master at follow up. Our team works at a fast pace and our operation runs 24/7. You must be comfortable on Slack, video conferencing, and working a flexible schedule.
- Engage all inbound lead generation requests. - Book appointments, perform demos, and nurture trial accounts. - Perform weekly webinars. - Generate SOW’s, proposals, and any additional sales related materials. - Follow up with leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, G2 and email. - Re-engage with cold leads to generate new qualified leads. - Respond and qualify inbound chat requests on the Convesio website. - Manage outbound email campaigns for cold lead nurturing. - Maintain CRM records to the highest level of accuracy.
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of successfully exceeding assigned quotas - Must have prior sales experience in hosting, WordPress, or cloud infrastructure - Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment - Driven, self motivated, and able to work with little direction or oversight - Ability to deliver engaging presentations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Understanding of sales performance metrics - Hosting and WordPress experience preferred - Great organizational skills
