How the New Team Accounts Work

The process of inviting and managing team members is straightforward and designed for instant adoption.

1. Invite Your Team Member

Inside the Advanced Settings > Manage Team section of your ConvesioPay Console, you can quickly send an invitation. You simply enter the team member’s email address and assign their role. Roles like Admin provide broad access to manage and view almost everything, while roles like Super Admin or Account Owner retain higher-level permissions (like changing the bank account or deleting the default currency).

2. Confirmation and Validation

Once invited, the team member receives a secure email from ConvesioPay with a link to confirm their email and validate their account. The invitation status remains Pending in your dashboard until they create their secure login.

3. Manage and Monitor

The Manage Team dashboard provides a clear overview of your team, showing which members are Active, Pending, or Inactive. You can manage their permissions and revoke access at any time.

  • Migrated New Account Validation: We have moved the New Account Email Validation and Reset Password process flows from the old Dashboard to the more robust Event Stack.
  • Enhanced Consistency: This migration ensures these critical security flows are more consistent and reliable, providing you and your team with a smoother, more dependable experience.
