Force WordPress to Redirect to HTTPS with Really Simple SSL

Sometimes issuing an SSL certificate from the Convesio dashboard and changing the site link from HTTP to HTTPS in the WordPress General Settings is still not enough for the site to automatically redirect to HTTPS. Below is how you can fix the issue.

Steps:

1. Install and activate the ‘Really Simple’ plugin by going to Plugins > Add New.
2. To activate the SSL, navigate to Settings > SSL and click on the “Go ahead, and activate SSL” button.

3. That’s it! Your site should automatically redirect to HTTPS.
