Convesio Is Now Listed in the Very Good Security Partner Directory

We’re in good company.

Very Good Security — VGS — has listed Convesio in their partner directory, recognizing ConvesioPay as part of an ecosystem of trusted platforms that bring serious payment infrastructure to eCommerce merchants. It’s a small thing, but it means something: VGS is selective about who they list, and their directory sits alongside names like Visa, Mastercard, AWS, and a handful of enterprise payment processors that define how serious commerce platforms operate.

Here’s what it means in practice, and why we think it matters for the merchants we work with.

What VGS Actually Is

Very Good Security is a San Francisco-based financial infrastructure company that provides data protection, PCI compliance, and payment security tooling to some of the world’s most demanding financial and eCommerce businesses. Their product suite spans card tokenization, 3DS authentication, network tokens, account updater services, and an AI data firewall for agentic commerce.

They’re not a consumer-facing brand. They’re infrastructure — the layer that serious payment platforms are built on top of. When a company of that caliber lists you in their partner directory, it’s a signal that the category you’re in (enterprise-grade payment infrastructure for mid-market eCommerce) is one they recognize as significant.

Being listed alongside cloud partners, processors, and compliance specialists in that directory is an acknowledgment that ConvesioPay belongs in that conversation.

Why This Matters for ConvesioPay Merchants

ConvesioPay has always been built around a single thesis: enterprise-grade payment infrastructure shouldn’t require enterprise gatekeeping.

The tools that large merchants use to protect revenue — dynamic 3DS routing, Apple Pay optimization, interchange++ pricing, real-time fraud detection — have historically been locked behind volume minimums and selective onboarding processes. As a certified Adyen partner, ConvesioPay brings that infrastructure to WooCommerce merchants at any scale.

The VGS listing is external validation of the category we occupy. VGS doesn’t list generic payment processors. Their directory reflects the companies operating at the intersection of security, compliance, and serious payment infrastructure. That’s the company we keep — and it’s the standard we hold ConvesioPay to.

For merchants who’ve chosen ConvesioPay because they want payment infrastructure that’s built for the way serious commerce works: this is another data point that the infrastructure you’re running on is the real thing.

The Data That Backs It Up

We published the ConvesioPay Q1 2026 Report in April, an analysis of nearly 1 million transactions processed through the platform between January and March 2026. The numbers tell the same story the VGS listing reflects:

  • Merchants using 3D Secure authentication saw an 81% reduction in chargeback rates and up to 62% fewer declines compared to non-authenticated transactions
  • Apple Pay delivered 5.8x lower chargeback rates versus standard card payments
  • iPhone users averaged $146.07 per order versus the platform median of $128.85
  • Mobile now accounts for 38.6% of all transactions — and the merchants who’ve optimized for it are capturing better revenue quality and lower fraud exposure simultaneously

Enterprise payment infrastructure doesn’t just protect revenue. It generates it. The fraud reduction, the approval rate improvement, the pricing model efficiency — at mid-market scale, these add up to $30,000–$40,000+ in annual payment economics improvement compared to a flat-rate, basic-fraud-tools setup.

That’s what we built ConvesioPay to deliver. The VGS listing is one more signal that we’re delivering it in the right company.
