How long does document verification take?
Once you upload your documents, our team will review them for compliance. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You can check your status anytime in the ConvesioPay dashboard.
Why is my account on hold?
All accounts are initially placed on hold for an internal review of your business information. This is a standard part of our onboarding process to ensure everything is set up correctly for your store.
If we need any additional information during this review, we will reach out to you via email. You will also see a notification in your dashboard if any action is required on your part.
When will I receive my first payout?
Funds from processed transactions typically settle within 2 business days.
Once settled, funds are automatically paid out to your linked bank account based on your payout schedule.
Note: Your dashboard may show a $0 balance until the funds have fully settled.
How do I invite my team members?
You don’t need to share your password! You can invite team members as subusers:
- Go to Settings > Manage Team Members.
- Click Invite Team Member and enter their email.
- They will receive an invitation to create their own login.
Pro-Tips for a Faster Onboarding
- Match your legal name: Ensure the business name on your bank statement matches the name on your ConvesioPay application exactly.
Clear Documents: When uploading IDs or business licenses, ensure the images are clear and all four corners of the document are visible.
