If you have recently migrated your website to a new host or domain, you may find that your PeachPay integration appears “out of sync” or fails to load payment methods. This is usually caused by a stale connection to your old site environment.
Symptoms
- PeachPay shows no available payment methods at checkout.
- Transactions are not processing despite appearing “connected.”
How to Fix the Connection
Even if the plugin appears to be connected, you will need to manually disconnect and reconnect it to refresh the authorization link. This entire process is handled within your WordPress dashboard.
Step 1: Disconnect the integration
- Log in to your WordPress Admin dashboard.
- Navigate to the PeachPay plugin settings.
- Locate the connection status and select Disconnect. (Don’t worry, this is safe and necessary to refresh the link).
Step 2: Reconnect your account
- While still in the PeachPay plugin settings, click Connect ConvesioPay.
- Follow the prompts to authorize the new connection.
